We tell you when not to build

The most useful thing we can say is sometimes that an off-the-shelf tool already does this, that a problem does not need AI, or that the project should wait. We would rather lose the work than take on a build we do not believe in — it is cheaper for you and better for us.

Fixed scope, written down

You get the scope, the price and the exclusions in writing before anything starts, and a documented process for what happens when something changes. No silent absorption of extra work that reappears later as a missed deadline.

It has to survive handover

Work is not finished when it runs on our machine. It is finished when it is documented, tested against real data, and written so another engineer can pick it up — including one who does not work for us. You should never be locked in by confusion.

I build production web and mobile products end to end — architecture, APIs and backend systems, database design, deployment, and the maintenance that comes after launch. React, React Native, Next.js and TypeScript on the front, Node and Python behind it. My work increasingly sits where AI and automation meet real business systems.

I started Vixarc because of a pattern I kept seeing. Companies were not short of technology — they had the tools, the subscriptions, sometimes a working prototype. What they were missing was the unglamorous part: connecting it to the systems they already run, making it survive messy real data, and keeping it working once the person who built it moved on. That gap is where most projects quietly die, and it is the part I find genuinely interesting.

So the work here is deliberately not experimental. I would rather tell you a problem does not need AI, or that an existing tool already solves it, than sell a build I do not believe in. When we do build, the scope and price are agreed in writing first, and it is handed over documented enough that you could take it to another engineer tomorrow. You work with me directly — not a salesperson first and an unnamed team later.
