3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, Vixarc Technologies retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and architecture patterns used in providing services.
4. Limitation of Liability
Vixarc Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
