For Enterprise

Regulated-industry product engineering, done carefully.

Fintech, healthcare, and logistics systems carry compliance and audit requirements that a generic product build doesn’t account for. We scope those requirements explicitly with your team from the first conversation, rather than discovering them mid-project.

How we work

Built for scrutiny, not just for launch

Security and compliance from the first sprint

Auth, data handling, and infrastructure decisions get treated as first-class requirements from day one — not retrofitted before a deadline.

NDA and IP terms up front

Reputable engagements start with clear NDA and IP-assignment terms before detailed discovery begins — we sign these without hesitation.

Direct access to senior engineers

No account-executive layers translating requirements. You work directly with the people building your system.

Where we focus

Industries with real regulatory weight

Financial Technology

Payments, ledgers, and fraud-adjacent systems have specific latency, audit-trail, and data-isolation requirements. We scope these explicitly rather than treating them as a standard CRUD build.

  • Payment gateway integration
  • KYC/AML workflow automation
  • Multi-currency ledger design
  • Audit logging and data isolation

Logistics & Supply Chain

Routing, fleet tracking, and inventory systems where accuracy and uptime directly affect operating cost.

  • Route optimization APIs
  • Real-time fleet tracking
  • Warehouse management systems
  • Predictive delay modeling

Healthcare & Life Sciences

Patient data requires deliberate, careful handling. We scope HIPAA-relevant requirements explicitly with your compliance team rather than assuming.

  • HIPAA-aware architecture
  • EHR integrations (HL7/FHIR)
  • Clinical data pipelines
  • Secure patient portals

These are areas we scope for and can staff against — ask us directly about relevant past work in your specific domain during a discovery call.

How we work

How an engagement actually runs.

Four stages, and the first one matters most. Working out what not to build is usually worth more than building faster — so we spend real time there before anything is committed to code.

Discovery and scoping

We map the process or product as it works today — systems, data, the people involved, and where it breaks. Most of the value is here: knowing what not to build is usually worth more than building faster.

Architecture and trade-offs

We choose an approach and write down why, including what we ruled out. You see the trade-offs — cost against flexibility, speed against durability — before anything is committed to code.

Build in two-week cycles

Working software at the end of each cycle, in a real environment you can use. Scope is fixed, and changes are priced and agreed rather than absorbed silently and paid for in delays.

Production and handover

Tested against real data and real edge cases, not a clean demo set. You get documentation, monitoring and a handover written so another engineer could pick it up — including one who doesn't work for us.
